3 Nights London, 3 Nights Paris, 3 Nights Barcelona & 3 Nights Madrid
According to the beloved novel, A Christmas Carol, “There is never enough time to do or say all the things that we would wish. The thing is to try to do as much as you can in the time that you have.” At Monograms, we agree, which is why we’ve made traveling easy for you and handled all of the logistical details—so your time is spent traveling rather than planning! In fact, on this 13-day package to London, Paris, Barcelona, and Madrid, we’ve arranged your hotel reservations, daily breakfast, sightseeing, and transportation between cities with transfers. Plus, we’ve arranged the services of a Monograms Local Host® in each city. This “friend in the city” is on hand throughout your stays to answer questions, offer suggestions, and help ensure your vacation runs smoothly.
Your vacation begins when you arrive in London, where your Local Host will greet you with a warm welcome and a set of materials to help you get settled and familiar with the city. And it’s not just London…on the day you arrive in each city, your Local Host will be waiting for you to help you get settled and to give you a Destination Guide full of useful information. In each city, we’ve also arranged sightseeing with an expert local, someone who will share insider stories and who knows the fascinating history of the attractions you’ll see on your sightseeing tour.
In London, sightseeing includes the famous landmarks, such as Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, where Kate Middleton and Prince William were married. We’ll take you inside St. Paul’s Cathedral, the iconic cathedral where Lady Diana and Prince Charles were married, before arriving in time for the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. Imagine what it is like to be royalty in London! In Paris, your sightseeing includes its famous landmarks, such as the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées. We’ve scouted out the best place to capture photos of the Eiffel Tower, and we’ll take you there. We’ll also take you to Notre Dame Cathedral, where you’ll see its amazing 13th-century, stained-glass Rose Window, and the Louvre, the world’s most visited art museum. Here, you’ll see Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa and other amazing treasures.
In Barcelona, your exclusive sightseeing includes works by the famous architect Gaudí, including Casa Batlló and the unfinished La Sagrada Familia Basilica. This basilica was started over 130 years ago and still is not completed! Your guided sightseeing with a local expert in Madrid includes its famous landmarks, such as the Parliament and the Plaza de España. We’ll also take you to visit the Prado Museum, one of the world’s best-endowed museums with paintings by Spanish artists as well as renowned masters such as El Greco, Velázquez, and Goya. And don’t worry—the inside visits included in each city feature VIP access, which means you get to skip the lines! After all, vacation time is precious, so why wait in line with all of the other tourists when you can be up close and personal with the attractions?
Don’t forget…your vacation includes transportation between the cities. You’ll travel through the Chunnel, an engineering marvel, on the high-speed Eurostar train, and from Madrid, you’ll travel first-class on the high-speed AVE train. We’ve even included transfers from/to your hotels to/from the train stations and the airports. It’s just another way we make travel easy for you! Between the transfers and transportation we’ve included, the sightseeing and guides we’ve arranged, and the hotels we’ve booked, there is nothing for you to do except have fun. Add the comfort of knowing you’ll have a Local Host in each city, and you’ve got a dream vacation.
